Nurse, Wound Care

Join Spectrum Health Care as a full‑time or part‑time Wound Care Nurse (Registered Nurse) serving patients in Mississauga and surrounding communities.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the community.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with wound, ostomy, and continence concerns.
• Provide patient‑focused, safe, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with team members.
• Ensure nursing care is based on current best practices to achieve successful outcomes.
• Continuously assess, anticipate, and respond to new and changing patient needs.
• Travel between patients’ homes within a specific geographical region.

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience (community nursing experience is ideal, but not required).
• Completed NSWOC or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC).
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle with willingness to travel.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to learn software.
