Wound Care Nurse

In this full-time or part-time position, you will deliver holistic nursing care while holding an IIWCC certificate or NSWOC designation. You'll assess patient needs and create care plans specifically for those with wound and ostomy concerns. The role will require traveling to patients' homes, ensuring individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient needs

• Collaboratively create tailored care plans for patients

• Provide secure, holistic nursing services

• Anticipate and adapt to patient care changes

• Travel to various home locations in the community

Requirements:

• Must have NSWOC or IIWCC certification

• Recorded good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
