Spectrum Health Care is seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses to provide exceptional wound care. This role emphasizes patient-focused nursing and collaborative care planning for individuals with wound, ostomy, and continence needs. You will implement best practices to ensure safe, holistic patient care while responding to evolving patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to community patients

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create care plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes

• Monitor and adapt care based on patient needs

• Travel to patients’ homes within a designated area

Requirements:

• Completion of NSWOC or IIWCC is mandatory

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years of nursing experience required

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
