Position: Registered Nurse (RN )

Job Description  This role allows you to manage your own caseload, enjoy scheduling flexibility, and maintain a healthy work‑life balance while delivering outstanding care to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities   Provide high‑quality, patient‑focused, safe, and holistic nursing care.
Work collaboratively with other members of the health‑care team.
Ensure nursing care is based on current best practices to achieve successful outcomes.
Continuously assess, anticipate, identify, and respond to the changing needs of patients.
Travel within your region between patients' homes.
Qualifications   Minimum two years of nursing experience (Community Nursing experience is ideal).
Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Ability to work independently in the community.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are an asset.
Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care.
Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills.
