Position: Mississauga RPN with Sienna Senior Living

As an RPN, you'll collaborate with the Director of Care to provide comprehensive nursing services according to company policies and individual resident plans. Your focus will be on maintaining resident health and well-being through effective nursing practices while supervising Personal Support Workers and promoting teamwork. You'll also communicate regularly with residents and their families to ensure their ongoing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care based on physician’s directives

• Ensure excellent standards in nursing and care

• Create a supportive environment through team collaboration

• Oversee the care provided by Personal Support Workers

• Conduct ongoing assessments for residents’ needs

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Nurses Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is a plus

• Strong risk assessment skills and good judgment

• Commitment to fostering a positive work culture

• Must clear Vulnerable Sector Screening
