Trillium Health NICU Registered Nurse

Become a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Trillium Health Partners. Lead patient care for critically ill neonates while supporting families through their challenges.

As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will be pivotal in delivering expert nursing care tailored to the needs of sick neonates. Your responsibilities will include assessment, monitoring, and managing complex care within a dynamic healthcare team. Adhering to Trillium’s policies and promoting cooperation within the Women’s and Children’s Program will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct care and management decision-making

• Assess health conditions and monitor infants regularly

• Commit to following established unit procedures

• Provide compassionate, family-focused care approaches

• Work collaboratively within a diverse team environment

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• NICU certification preferred for this role

• Prior experience in a NICU is essential

• CPR and NRP certificates must be current

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills needed
