The Casual Shift RPN role demands a commitment to at least two shifts per week, including weekends and holiday rotations. You will address the holistic health needs of patients and families while providing essential palliative care and administering IV therapy. Your clinical assessment skills and ability to modify care plans target optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide community-based nursing care throughout shifts

• Assess and meet holistic health needs

• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary

• Administer IV therapy and medications effectively

• Perform wound care for acute and chronic wounds

Requirements:

• Active registration with the CNO

• Experience in palliative care required

• Trained in CPR and palliative care principles

• Strong communication and teaching abilities

• Access to a driver's license and vehicle
