Position: Full-Time Nursing Role for RPN/LPN

The RPN/LPN will be responsible for delivering care that meets established nursing standards while supporting the well-being of residents in home care environments. You'll engage in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring clear communication with physicians and caregivers, with adaptable scheduling as a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in compliance with standards

• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and conditions

• Collaborate on developing and evaluating care plans

• Fulfill physicians’ orders and recommendations

• Observe and report changes in patient health

Requirements:

• Competent nursing certificate from recognized institutions

• Eligible for registration with provincial authorities

• Preferred management experience in long-term care

• Familiarity with infection control practices

• Strong commitment to senior patient care
