AgeCare Corporate Director of Care

In this vital role, your responsibilities will encompass supporting homes during transitions, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. Collaborate with various teams to implement effective policies and enhance resident outcomes through strategic guidance and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interim leadership support as needed within homes

• Coach Directors of Care and clinical teams effectively

• Monitor compliance with regulatory and nursing standards

• Conduct quality audits and support improvement initiatives

• Engage with partners to evaluate clinical performance programs

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum five years leadership experience in Long-Term Care

• Expertise in geriatric care and quality initiatives

• Advanced wound care knowledge preferred

• Proven experience leading regulatory compliance efforts
