Position: Integrated Care Program Manager Role

Spectrum Health Care is currently hiring a Program Manager for a 6-month contract based in Mississauga, supporting integrated care delivery. This leadership role requires someone with a strong background in nursing management, capable of fostering a collaborative environment among nurses and allied health staff. Your focus will be on optimizing healthcare service delivery and driving program innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and clinical workflows for innovative programs

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse healthcare team

• Monitor quality and safety performance metrics

• Facilitate seamless care transitions with stakeholders

• Utilize evidence-informed practices to enhance client care

Requirements:

• Current CNO certificate as a Registered Nurse, degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in Nursing Management roles

• Experience with in a unionized environment is advantageous

• Proven expertise in program development and evaluation

• Must hold a valid G driver's license with a reliable vehicle
