Position: Yee Hong Practical Nurse Role
Become a critical contributor to patient care as a Registered Practical Nurse with Yee Hong, working full time during day shifts in Mississauga. Collaborate with teams to enhance resident wellbeing.

You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, leading staff supervision, and coordinating services for residents as a Registered Practical Nurse at Yee Hong. Candidates should have a current CNO certification and strong leadership abilities to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Your role will also include engaging families and ensuring compliance with care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff schedules and coordinate resident care

• Communicate with families regarding care plans

• Deliver resident-centered nursing services

• Maintain nursing practice standards and documentation

• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Certificate of Competence from CNO required

• CPR certification must be current

• Proven leadership and customer service skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Completion of police reference check necessary
