Position: Dynamic Clinical Practice Leader at SHN
Lead clinical excellence at Scarborough Health Network as a Clinical Practice Leader. Oversee multiple areas including Emergency Medicine and Nephrology to champion patient-centered care.

As a Clinical Practice Leader at SHN, you will drive quality and safety in patient care across multiple hospital sites. This leadership role demands an innovative clinical expert to guide, mentor, and supervise the staff team. You will collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to enhance professional standards and integrate quality education into practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the oversight of clinical practice across various departments

• Mentor and consult with healthcare staff on best practices

• Facilitate education and training initiatives for the team

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality requirements

• Promote collaborative, patient-centered care among staff

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and pursuing a Master's degree

• Minimum three years of clinical leadership experience

• Current BLS and ACLS certification

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and quality assurance practices
