Wound Care Nurse

Position: Full-Time Wound Care Nurse
Spectrum Health Care is seeking passionate Wound Care Nurses to deliver community-based care in Mississauga. Make a meaningful difference with a team-focused approach and receive a signing bonus up to $9,000.

As a Wound Care Nurse at Spectrum Health Care, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. You will leverage your expertise in wound, ostomy, and continence care management.

Your role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring best practice nursing care for diverse patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for patients with wound and continence concerns

• Develop personalized care plans based on best practices

• Provide patient-focused, holistic nursing care

• Anticipate and respond to changing patient needs

• Travel to patients' homes within the assigned area

Requirements:

• IIWCC or NSWOC certification is mandatory

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years of nursing experience

• Ability to manage a caseload independently

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
