Visiting Nurse

Position: Visiting Nurse Opening
Bloom Care Solutions is seeking a qualified Visiting Nurse RPN/RN to provide compassionate in-home nursing care in the Mississauga and Halton areas. Drive positive health outcomes through clinical expertise and patient education.

This role requires a regulated health professional with a minimum of two years of experience in conducting health assessments and providing direct clinical care. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with patients and caregivers to foster supportive relationships while adhering to professional and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess health and home safety for patients in their residences

• Deliver medical treatments including IV therapy and injections

• Conduct diagnostic tests and manage health equipment

• Facilitate patient and caregiver education on health management

• Keep precise records of assessments and treatments provided

Requirements:

• Must be a regulated RPN with 2+ years of experience

• Current BLS certification and completed TB tests

• Strong communication skills and confidentiality

• Satisfactory police check for vulnerable sector

• Willingness to travel within the area for home visits
