Position: Health & Wellness Regional Manager Wanted
Join Cogir Senior Living as a Regional Manager specializing in Health and Wellness. This full-time role emphasizes operational and clinical excellence while supporting senior living communities.

As a Regional Manager, you will work collaboratively with site and support teams to elevate health programs across Ontario.

Your role includes creating essential clinical policies, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. With your leadership, you will strengthen the quality and effectiveness of resident care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement wellness programs and policies

• Assess community health services for operational efficiency

• Provide mentorship and ongoing support to managers

• Develop training tools and evaluation methods

• Lead quality improvement initiatives in resident care

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse or similar

• 5+ years management experience, preferably in retirement

• Deep knowledge of nursing legislation and standards

• Experience in policy development and implementation

• Ability to travel frequently across the region
