Part Time Registered Nurse at CVH

Join Trillium Health Partners as a Registered Nurse in the CVH High Risk Clinic. This part-time role focuses on providing essential prenatal and postpartum care for high-risk patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

As a vital member of the Maternal Fetal Medicine team, you will manage nursing care and educate families with high-risk pregnancies. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and patient advocacy while adhering to clinic policies and standards.

Your role will impact the health outcomes of mothers and infants by utilizing expert communication skills in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage nursing care for prenatal and postpartum patients

• Educate families experiencing high-risk pregnancies

• Provide trauma-informed care in all patient interactions

• Collaborate effectively within the Women’s & Children’s Program

• Ensure compliance with CNO, hospital, and clinic policies

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO

• Minimum five years perinatal care experience

• Knowledge of Ontario Prenatal Care Routines

• Fetal Health Surveillance Certification required

• Current CPR Certificate necessary
