Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clinical policies and training materials

• Facilitate regional implementation of health programs

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, RPN, or LPN professional designation

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience

• In-depth understanding of nursing regulations

• Experience in policy development and adherence

• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
