Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan individual treatment needs with staff

• Administer medications and assist in medical procedures

• Maintain records following the SOAP charting method

• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and policies

• Facilitate clear communication among healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• At least one year of clinic experience preferred

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in state

• CPR certification required

• Dedication to caring for underserved populations
