In this administrative role, you will oversee a collaborative clinical team under the guidance of the Executive Director. Your duties will include managing care plans, spearheading infection control, and ensuring compliance with care delivery standards while offering a flexible Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical teams for effective care delivery

• Regularly update and monitor care plans

• Lead initiatives for infection prevention and control

• Efficiently manage admissions and discharges

• Uphold compliance with care standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized nursing program, registered with CNO as RPN or RN

• At least 1 year of leadership experience

• Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance mandatory

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to effectively track metrics and performance
