Spectrum Health Care is hiring full-time Registered Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality care across the community. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient-focused, holistic care and adapting to the ever-changing needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care tailored to individual needs

• Collaborate with health care team members to enhance patient outcomes

• Assess patient conditions and make necessary adjustments

• Travel to various patient locations within the community

• Uphold best practice standards in all nursing activities

Requirements:

• Two years of nursing experience, community nursing preferred

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

• Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Skilled in infusion therapy, mental health care, and patient assessment
