Nursing Graduate Transition Program

Begin your nursing journey through a temporary full-time role under the Nursing Graduate Guarantee program. This position is tailored for new graduates transitioning into their professional nursing careers within 12 weeks.

Eligibility extends to nurses who are within a year of registering with the College of Nurses of Ontario. The program focuses on integrating new nurses into the workforce with the assistance of mentorship and structured learning plans. You will work shifts that include days, nights, and weekends, gaining essential experiential learning.
