Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in long-term care settings

• Collaborate with physicians and health care teams

• Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers

• Implement and revise nursing procedures effectively

• Participate in shift reports and resident evaluations

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and acts

• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Strong communication and leadership skills
