Step into a rewarding role as a Registered Practical Nurse at Schlegel Villages' Erin Mills Lodge in Mississauga, Ontario. This part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment.

As an RPN, you will play a key role in the lives of residents in long-term care, providing attentive personal care, medication administration, and effective communication with families and teams. Your ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks will be critical to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents. You'll work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment based on resident needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments with precision

• Identify and report changes in residents' health status

• Collaborate with team members for comprehensive care

• Advocate for resident involvement in care decisions

• Keep care plans updated and accurate

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario

• Current CPR Level certification

• Experience with dementia patients is beneficial

• Knowledge of long-term care legislation

• Strong computer skills for documentation
