Position: Nurse for Infusion Clinic
Join Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on providing patient-centric care in our infusion clinic located in Mississauga, Ontario. Enhance patient outcomes through compassionate treatment and education.

In this role, you will administer medications, monitor treatment responses, and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will help maintain our strong relationships with both patients and physicians. Working closely with case managers, you will uphold a high standard of care in a growing pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medications (IV, IM, SC) in various settings

• Document patient response to treatments and education

• Coordinate patient appointment scheduling effectively

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients

• Ensure adherence to professional nursing standards

Requirements:

• Valid provincial license as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred

• ACLS certification and proficiency in MS Office

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Flexibility to accommodate patient appointment needs
