• Collaborate with the healthcare team on resident care

• Direct Personal Support Workers in delivering care

• Participate in shift report for effective team communication

Requirements:

• Strong background in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing

• Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation in Ontario

• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses

• Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Familiarity with standards impacting nursing practice
