As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide essential support to patients during their fertility journey, aiding in procedures like IVF and IUI.
Your role encompasses patient education and monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care throughout fertility treatments
• Assist with procedures like IUI, IVF, and embryo transfers
• Educate patients on treatments and medications
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in clinical systems
• Monitor patients post-procedure and assess for concerns
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum one year nursing experience
• Experience in fertility or reproductive health is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
