Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly scheduling of nursing staff for optimal care

• Design innovative workflows for effective program implementation
• Collaborate with operations to enhance program delivery
• Manage client satisfaction initiatives and address complaints
Requirements:
• Must have a current CNO Registered Nurse certification
• Minimum of five years nursing management experience
• Strong knowledge of community nursing operations
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Willing to partake in on-call management rotation
