AgeCare Corporate Director of Care Position

Lead clinical operations at Age Care as a Corporate Director of Care, located in Mississauga, Ontario. Focus on enhancing quality, compliance, and resident-centered care across communities.

As a trusted clinical leader, you will guide Age Care’s communities through compliance challenges and operational support. You will also mentor clinical staff and ensure the application of nursing standards while addressing resident outcomes and care improvements across Alberta, BC, and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim clinical leadership and support

• Mentor Directors of Care in onboarding and education

• Oversee the application of regulatory requirements

• Monitor infection control and perform audits

• Lead the development of clinical programs and policies

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Five or more years in leadership roles within Long-Term Care

• Expertise in various geriatric care aspects

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives

• Advanced knowledge in wound care is preferred
