Spectrum Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse to manage Integrated Care programs and multidisciplinary teams. You will guide Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and Allied Health professionals while supporting high-quality care delivery. The position focuses on program development, clinical workflows, quality improvement, and collaboration with external health system stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program development and design clinical workflows
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary team members
Collaborate with operational leadership on exemplary practices
Address quality, safety, and risk issues
Monitor performance indicators and initiate process improvements
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current CNO certificate
Minimum five years’ recent progressive Nursing Manager experience
Community setting experience preferred
Program development, implementation, and evaluation experience
Valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Use nursing leadership, clinical workflows, and quality improvement expertise to advance integrated community care across Mississauga.
