Lead integrated community care in Mississauga as a Registered Nurse Program Manager, applying clinical leadership and operational expertise.
Spectrum Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse to manage Integrated Care programs and multidisciplinary teams. You will guide Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and Allied Health professionals while supporting high-quality care delivery. The position focuses on program development, clinical workflows, quality improvement, and collaboration with external health system stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead program development and design clinical workflows
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with operational leadership on exemplary practices
- Address quality, safety, and risk issues
- Monitor performance indicators and initiate process improvements
- Registered Nurse with current CNO certificate
- Minimum five years’ recent progressive Nursing Manager experience
- Community setting experience preferred
- Program development, implementation, and evaluation experience
- Valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Use nursing leadership, clinical workflows, and quality improvement expertise to advance integrated community care across Mississauga.
