As an LPN, you collaborate with the care team to meet individual resident needs within your competency. The position requires practical nursing knowledge, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will support resident and family-centered care while contributing to best practice programs.

• Practical Nurse Diploma
• Good-standing registration and membership with CLPNA
• Three or more years in seniors health
• Current CPR training
• Leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
