Manufacturing Science Director

This full-time position focuses on the development and transfer of new products within Bora Pharmaceuticals. You will lead technical transfers, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards while addressing operational efficiency and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Business Development team to attract new clients and contribute strategically to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development to secure new projects

• Lead team recruitment and personal development initiatives

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards

• Facilitate analytical method lifecycle and process validation

• Oversee the management of the Pilot plant as a business unit
Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in a technical pharmaceutical role

• Expertise in product lifecycle management and transfers

• Strong knowledge in various dosage forms

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science or engineering field
