Director, MSAT at Bora Pharmaceuticals

Bora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director for Manufacturing Science and Technology in Mississauga. Oversee product development, analytics, and validation processes to ensure quality outcomes.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for the transfer and development of new pharmaceutical products. Your leadership will ensure that product life cycles adhere to cGMP regulations, while promoting growth and efficiency within the manufacturing site. Collaborate with teams to secure new business opportunities and influence strategic company decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct new business development initiatives and project reviews

• Manage technical transfers and GMP compliance

• Recruit and grow departmental talent for future needs

• Lead risk-based validation and analytical strategy

• Ensure effective execution of new product introductions

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in pharmaceutical contexts

• Strong background in product and technical transfer

• Knowledge in solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms

• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
