Associate Order Confirmation

Become an Associate Order Confirmation at Shoppers Drug Mart located in Mississauga. This full-time role emphasizes order verification and data entry for pharmacy services.

In this position, you will report to the Supervisor, Supply Chain and be pivotal in operations at Central Pharmacy Services. Your duties include confirming medication orders, assisting store inquiries, and ensuring the integrity of pharmacy records. You will work closely with pharmacists and IT teams to support smooth store operations and patient care throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with stores to verify order details

• Enter and maintain accurate prescription data

• Troubleshoot issues related to automated ordering

• Collaborate with the CPS support team on challenges

• Provide prompt and professional customer service to staff

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Pharmacy or related fields

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in calls centers

• Experience in pharmacy settings is beneficial

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with precision
