Advanced Manufacturing Safety Manager

Shape safety excellence at Stelumar’s automated manufacturing facilities with robotics safety, audits, and incident investigation expertise.

As Manager, Health & Safety, you will oversee policies, prevention strategies, reporting, risk assessments, and auditing across Stelumar’s multi-site operations. Reporting to People & Culture leadership, you will communicate standards, educate workers and partners, and collaborate with Mattamy Homes’ Director of Health & Safety.

• Promote health and safety programs across facilities and offices
• Share safety best practices, lessons learned, and precautions
• Educate employees, contractors, and partners on safety standards
• Liaise with inspectors, subcontractors, public stakeholders, and government authorities
• Coordinate contractor, vendor, fire, HVAC, and electrical safety requirements

• Experience leading safety in automated manufacturing facilities
• Working knowledge of industrial robot safety standards
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experience building health and safety programs from the ground up
• Microsoft Office proficiency and regular GTA site travel willingness
