Position: Quality Site Leadership Opportunity
Join TRIGO Global Quality Solutions as a Site Leader in Mississauga/Milton for the afternoon shift. This leadership role focuses on quality management and operational success for all site missions.

As a Site Leader, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services and foster positive relationships at the site level. You will manage operations, train personnel, and oversee compliance with company protocols. Successful candidates will possess supervisory experience coupled with a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site missions and ensure quality service delivery

• Manage staffing and training of mission personnel

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

• Perform audits and quality checks on-site

• Collaborate with HR on employee management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity

• Experience in a Quality-focused role preferred

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
