Position: Maple Leaf Foods FSQA Specialist

The FSQA Technician role encompasses overseeing food safety programs and coordinating compliance audits. With your educational background in food science or microbiology, you will perform critical inspections, sensory evaluations, and environmental testing. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily compliance document checks

• Perform rigorous GMP monitoring audits

• Evaluate products through sensory analysis

• Collect environmental samples for testing

• Support data entry for the EMP program

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science

• 1 to 3 years' experience in food safety

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Capable of effective public speaking and presentations
