Position: Quality Assurance FSQA Technician Role
Take on the role of FSQA Technician at Maple Leaf, ensuring that food safety protocols are followed. Your expertise will safeguard the compliance of food production processes and quality standards.

As an integral part of the FSQA team, you will engage in comprehensive audits and document verification while leading environmental sample collections. This position offers the chance to support quality assurance through effective SAP decisions and develop knowledge in statistical process control. Your leadership in the food safety programs will directly impact the overall compliance of food production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct documentation checks and audits for proper compliance

• Perform sensory evaluations for product quality

• Collect environmental samples for testing

• Assist in maintaining the EMP program

• Support food safety investigations and monitoring

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline like Microbiology or Food Science

• 1-3 years of experience in HACCP compliant environments

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Detail-oriented with great organizational abilities

• Capable of working with minimal supervision
