Reporting to the Senior Quality Control Specialist in our Mississauga facility, you will support all quality control testing and product monitoring efforts. Your primary duties will involve collaborating closely with departments such as Manufacturing, Shipping, and R&D while managing multiple tasks to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test products to ensure positive release and generate certificates of analysis
• Conduct sampling and testing of incoming bulk materials
• Update product status using the ERP system
• Develop and validate analytical testing SOP’s
• Assist in investigating non-conformances and customer complaints
Requirements:
• Science degree or diploma;
Food Science preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a Food Manufacturing or Quality Lab
• Experience with HPLC and other lab instruments
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Contribute to maintaining rigorous quality standards and product excellence at our facility in Mississauga.
