In this vital role, you'll be leading inspection and repair efforts while mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring the reconditioning pipeline, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring quality compliance. As a leader, you’ll empower your team with real-time coaching while implementing lean principles for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the vehicle reconditioning workflow effectively

• Conduct on-the-floor repairs and diagnostics

• Perform Ontario Provincial Safety Inspections

• Identify and remove efficiency bottlenecks

• Ensure vehicles meet quality gatekeeping standards

Requirements:

• 310S Red Seal certification required

• 3+ years in automotive or similar high-volume roles

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable with technology and shop systems
