Quality Assurance Associate

In this 12-month contractor role, you will lead various quality systems while ensuring full compliance with Canadian GMPs, ISO 13485, and Alcon's global standards. Your expertise in documenting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) will enhance continuous improvement efforts. You will also oversee the handling of inventory and manage documentation to uphold quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality systems and supplier quality management processes

• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards

• Document and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)

• Conduct product release activities for incoming stock

• Support internal audits and perform annual product reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Fluency in English for effective communication

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with GMP and quality systems preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and streamline processes
