We are currently looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Quality Assurance Specialist, reporting to the Director of Operations. The role of Quality Assurance Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and improving product and process quality across our operations. They ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Rittal’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Document and report quality findings, trends, and performance metrics
Collaborate with production, operations, engineering, or service teams to improve processes
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, SOPs)
Support internal and external audits and assist with audit preparation and follow-ups
Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records
What you bring
Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a QA role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with ERP and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS software) is an asset
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000 / year
