Quality Assurance Specialist Insurance

Reporting to the Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of claims files, ensuring quality and compliance. Duties include maintaining documentation, performing call quality evaluations, and facilitating workflow processes. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects in the Claims Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational reviews of claims for compliance checks

• Document and update compliance adherence processes

• Conduct call quality reviews to optimize customer experience

• Maintain departmental workflow documentation

• Champion special projects and targeted reviews as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of claims experience across various types

• Experience with call quality audits and claims file reviews

• Proficient in data analytics for process management

• Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field

• CIP / FCIP designation or pursuing it preferred
