Key Responsibilities:

• Assess claims files for best practice adherence

• Conduct reviews on call quality to support customer satisfaction

• Maintain necessary documentation for compliance audits

• Track industry trends to enhance compliance strategies

• Collaborate with Senior QA Specialists on quality initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Property Claims experience in insurance

• Additional knowledge in Auto PD and Vendor management is valued

• Prior experience with file review and audits required

• Strong data analysis skills and workflow management expertise

• Relevant post-secondary education or ongoing professional designations preferred
