Shift: Continental Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $24.98/hour Summary Description The Quality Administrator supports the site’s quality management system by coordinating quality activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with production and leadership teams to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate and participate in quality management system activities

Support site leadership in achieving customer requirements and quality objectives

Track, analyze, and report quality metrics

Respond to quality issues at all levels of the organization

Perform internal quality audits as required

Conduct quality-related activities including inspection, testing, gauge calibration, and material sampling

Review incoming raw materials and support disposition decisions

Maintain document control systems

Support validation of product specifications at the plant level

Investigate customer feedback, returns, and quality events

Participate in Global Performance System (GPS) initiatives

Perform other quality-related duties as assigned
