Quality Assurance Coordinator

Position: Quality Assurance Coordinator - Wajax
Become a pivotal part of Wajax as a Quality Assurance Coordinator with a focus on ISO compliance and quality improvement on a 12-18 month contract. Ensure effective quality practices across Canada.

In this role under the guidance of the EHS Director, you will enhance Wajax’s Quality Management System. You'll strategize improvements, conduct internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Your ability to foster collaboration with management will help set QMS objectives and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate QMS policies for operations

• Conduct planning and organization of internal audits

• Support branches during certification audits

• Facilitate QMS training and quality management reviews

• Oversee the non-conformance database and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or certification

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• ISO 9001:2015 certification necessary

• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CSA N299

• Availability for travel across Canada for audits
