Laboratory Quality Assurance Expert

In this vital role, you'll ensure all aspects of quality management meet AGAT Laboratories' high standards. With a focus on risk-based thinking and a commitment to safety, you will manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct internal audits, along with external participation to uphold regulatory standards. Candidates with at least 1-3 years in Quality Assurance and 2 years of lab experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC oversight and implementation of compliance measures

• Create reports on QMS metrics for management

• Conduct internal audits and investigations of corrective actions

• Provide training and develop technical methods

• Support laboratory proficiency testing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Science Technical Diploma or BSc

• Bilingual in French/English is a plus

• 2 years lab and 1-3 years QA experience required

• Familiarity with environmental or petroleum testing is beneficial

• Strong Excel and communication skills required
