In your role at Candu Energy Inc., you will review procurement documentation and evaluate supplier proposals. With over five years of experience in the nuclear sector or relevant industries, your knowledge of quality standards will be invaluable. You will conduct audits, maintain supplier qualifications, and issue corrective action reports, playing a crucial part in our quality assurance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review engineering requisitions and procurement documentation

• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations for compliance

• Plan supplier audit processes and manage documentation

• Perform surveillance of suppliers for key inspections

• Coordinate significant quality-related issues as they arise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

• Five years of relevant experience in quality assurance

• Proficiency with ISO standards and quality codes

• Effective communication and organization skills

• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
