Quality Control Technologist

Join our QC team in Mississauga as a Quality Control Technologist on the afternoon shift. Your expertise will ensure the safety and quality of our products through diligent testing and monitoring.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Quality Control Specialist and collaborate across various departments, including Manufacturing and Customer Service. You'll manage an array of tasks to guarantee that we meet our quality standards while contributing to our customers' safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release manufactured products by conducting necessary tests

• Test bulk materials and oversee COA generation

• Document testing results in the ERP system

• Update and validate analytical testing SOP’s

• Investigate internal non-conformances and initiate corrective actions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a scientific field;
Food Science is an asset

• At least 2 years in Food Quality and Safety

• Familiarity with HPLC and other analytical instruments

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

• Capable of working independently and managing priorities
