Pinchin is seeking a Field Technician on a 12-month contract for its Indoor Environmental Quality team in the GTA, Ontario. This role focuses on conducting onsite assessments related to indoor air quality, mould, and various environmental conditions. You will translate findings into actionable recommendations and collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure the safety and performance of buildings across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for mould and indoor air quality

• Inspect buildings for potential issues during evaluations

• Gather data and engage with clients on site-specific concerns

• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations

• Coordinate with contractors for remediation processes

Requirements:

• Experience with mould and indoor air quality assessments

• Ability to conduct detailed client interviews

• Knowledge of flood and fire damage assessments

• Hands-on sample collection expertise

• Strong documentation and report writing skills
